Passport Apostille

California Apostille PassportDo you have a Passport which requires a California Apostille?  If you’re located in California, you can meet with a local notary who will make a color copy of your Passport and attach a document called a “California Copy Certification by Document Custodian” to the top of the color copy.

Most notaries do not carry this document but we can email it to you if you contact us.

Here are the steps you need to take:

Step 1: Find a local notary near you.  If you’re located in Los Angeles or the surrounding areas, we maybe able to provide you complimentary Los Angeles Notary service.  A UPS store will also have a notary.  Some notaries can also travel to your location.

Step 2: You’ll need to make a color copy of your Passport.  This is the page with your picture on it.  You signature should also be visible.

Step 3: Mail your documents to our location for fast same-day processing.  Be sure to send us the original notarized document and the Los Angeles Apostille order form.

That’s it!  We’ll handle the rest and process your document the same day we receive it.  Once complete, you’ll receive your document back the next day with the California Apostille attached.

We can Apostille any countries Passport!  If you’re not in California, you can mail-in your original Passport to our office.  We’ll copy certify your document and return everything to you the next business morning.  Please send your documents by FedEx, UPS, or USPS and always get a tracking number.
