California Apostille Corporate Documents

Do you need a California Apostille for your corporate documents?  We can process documents issued through the California Secretary of State and also corporate documents notarized by a California notary.

Original certified documents signed by the California Secretary of State will include a stamped blue/purple seal on the back of the document (see sample below).  If the color is not blue/purple, you don’t have an original.  You can request an original from the California Secretary of State or we can notarize your printed name and signature on the front of the document.  Notarizing copies of your corporate documents saves you time and money.  Our Los Angeles notary service is complimentary for documents which require an Apostille.
