FBI Apostille

Do you need an apostille on your FBI background check?

The very first step is to contact an approved FBI Channeler.  An FBI Channeler will assist you in obtaining your background check quickly saving you time and money.  You can request a digital copy in addition to a hard-copy.  A digital copy can be e-mailed to you in a PDF format.  This type of background check is useful if you are outside of the country or you are in a serious time crunch and don’t want to wait for a hard copy to be mailed to you.

A hard copy is typically printed on special tamper resistant paper.  If you receive your background check by regular mail, you can mail in this document to our Washington DC apostille office.

Regardless on how you receive your background check (digital or hard copy), we can process your document through the U.S. Department of State in four business days.  Documents received before 12pm can be submitted to the U.S. Department of State the following business morning.  Once complete, we will overnight your completed apostille by UPS or FedEx.  If you are outside of the Country, we provide FedEx/UPS international shipping at an additional cost.

Here is a short video that explains the process:

Qatar Consulate Los Angeles Attestation

Qatar Document Attestation CertificationDo you need your document attested by the Qatar Consulate in Los Angeles?

The country of Qatar has one Embassy in Washington, D.C. and three consulate offices; Los Angeles, Houston, and New York.

Legalizing documents for Qatar is a multi-step process.  Certifying and legalizing a document for Qatar is different than an Apostille.  Because Qatar is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, your documents will also require U.S. Department of State legalization in Washington, D.C. and Embassy or Consulate legalization.

For example, if your documents are originating from California (Diploma, Marriage Certificate, Corporate documents, Commercial Invoices, Shipping documents, etc…), you will need California Secretary of State certification, U.S. Department of State Certification, and Qatar Consulate Los Angeles legalization.  Our offices in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. have the expertise to complete your documents quickly.

The most common documents we certify and legalize for Qatar are:
Diplomas
Transcripts
Commercial Invoices
Power of Attorney
Authorization of Agent

Certificate of Origin
FBI Background Check
and more!

On average, we can complete your documents in 2-3 weeks.
